Building on our last tip, we now want to focus on your heel cord – aka ya Achilles. This powerful cord helps spring you along as you move – and as a result often kicks back (injuries often).
Like our last tip, you can use a lacrosse ball for this mobilization, but a softer ball with some grippiness will help you to get an extra good twist on.
